The Information Journey 

The principle of “managing information as an asset” must be clearly understood and defined in the business context; otherwise, it will become yet another “fluffy” initiative with little chance of success. Based on customer requests and our experience, the GWI team have developed the ‘the information journey’.

This is a basic tool to guide and support the diagnostic information process within any organisation. The primary purpose is to help identify the data and information challanges as a starting point. The simplicity allows a user to classify their ‘pain’ and describe their data and information requirement.
