GWI officially launched its new brand at the Brisbane Festival last week following the announcement of a major company rebrand from Glentworth to reflect the rapid growth and evolution of the company over the past decade of operations.
Chief Executive Officer Neil Makepeace formally introduced the new brand name and reflected on 10 years of inspiring businesses and helping them realise their potential.
“GWI exists to tackle big challenges, to do things that are hard, solving problems in information and data that no one else can solve,” Mr Makepeace said.
“We’ve enjoyed the opportunity to work across a range of industries, to contribute towards creating public value and economic, social, cultural and environmental advantage in Australia.
“We are very excited about our new brand which we believe encapsulates our commitment to inspiring discovery and empowering action”.
Speaking at the event, Minister for Communities, Women and Youth, Minister for Child Safety and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence the Hon. Shannon Fentiman congratulated the company on a successful launch, and in particular acknowledged the important contribution GWI’s work has made to improving the safety of vulnerable children in Queensland.
Mr Makepeace also thanked GWI’s valued clients and stakeholders for their ongoing support, and the company’s growing team of 30 professionals for their dedication and commitment to solving complex business problems.
“We’re thrilled by what lies ahead and the important work we’re able to do; we’re motivated by the complexity we encounter; and we’re inspired by all the people we get to work with” Mr Makepeace said.
