The personal information that we collect is mainly stored in data centres located in Australia. However, we do use the following 3rd-party services which may host data outside of Australia:

Eventbrite physically stores personal data in the United States and take legally required steps to make sure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect individuals’ personal data in the course of cross-border transfers to U.S.-based servers.

Both organisations use physical, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, despite these controls, GWI cannot completely ensure or warrant the security of your information. For this reason, the information collected is very limited.

GWI stores personal information for various purposes as notified to you in this policy. For each of these different purposes, GWI retains the personal information for the legal retention period and/or as long as it is serving its notified purpose. Further details about our retention and disposal practices are available upon request.
